Frederick posted a similar question and carried out an experiment to determine the answer

If a child was born without human contact for 18 or so years what language would they speak?. He wondered if they would speak Hebrew, supposedly the first language, Greek, Latin, Arabic, or the language of their parents. He ordered newborn children and nurses to an isolated location. The nurses were to feed the children, but not otherwise interact with them - and specifically not to speak with them. Frederick never found out the answer to his question, however, because the children died without human interaction.
